Hypnosis allows you to override your conscious mind to heal the past and MANIFEST your desires. You can think of your past traumas and limiting beliefs as weeds, and your desires as your favorite flowers. You don't have to be an avid gardener to know that you must first pull up those weeds or they'll eventually take over the garden. Hypnosis allows you to do just that...uproot the limitations of your past AND plant that abundant, beautiful garden you desire. Shadow work at its finest ;) Hypnosis can be used for pretty much anything, but here's some of the most common areas requested: -Fear of opening up intuitive abilities -Anxiety -Self-esteem & confidence -Anger -Abundance blocks If you have something you'd like to work on but need some questions answered, feel free to email Jenna directly. All bookings are non-refundable. If the need to reschedule presents, at least 12 hours notice is appreciated.
