 My healing journey began six years ago, when i left a high control religion. it was in that dark season of my life that I heard the inner voice I had spent so many years ignoring. I knew I had a lot of work to do in order to heal for myself and my young daughter. it felt impossible, but It was then, that I began a journey of finding my truth.

 

My path led me to Usui Reiki and Crystal Reiki where I learned to work energy. from there, my skills grew to utilizing the power of the mind.  Through extensive training in hypnosis and past life regression, I learned to utilize the power of the mind to transform my entire life!

These healing modalities not only helped me heal from religious trauma, but also from the years of growing up in a house of disfunction, mental illness and drug abuse.  

 

 

It is because of my life experiences and my path to finding my inner peace, that I am passionate about helping other women on their journeys.
