Waiver of Liability By purchasing and participating in Intuitive & Mediumship Mentoring, you voluntarily release and hold harmless Healing with Jenna LLC from any and all claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation, including but not limited to emotional, psychological, spiritual, or personal outcomes. Non-Refundable Policy All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to unused sessions, scheduling conflicts, personal changes, or dissatisfaction with the experience. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full. Session Package Use Period Clients who purchase a 6-session mentoring package have three (3) months from the date of purchase to complete all sessions. Sessions not used within this time frame will expire. No extensions, rollovers, or credits will be provided unless explicitly stated in writing by Healing with Jenna LLC. Scheduling & Attendance Clients are responsible for scheduling their sessions within the allotted time frame. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be counted as used sessions at the discretion of Healing with Jenna LLC. Agreement By purchasing and participating in Intuitive & Mediumship Mentoring, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined above.
